MapCraft ("the App") is an offline, single-player geographic puzzle game developed by GOODITWORK PTY LTD, a company registered in Australia ("we", "us"). This policy applies to all forms of the App across iOS, Android, and the Web version (hosted on Cloudflare Pages). We respect your privacy and operate on a strict data-minimization basis.
This policy is drafted with reference to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Apple App Review Guidelines 5.1, and the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
The App does not collect, upload, or transmit any of the following:
The App contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no user-account system.
The App stores only the following data locally on your device (in the app sandbox on iOS, in the browser's localStorage on the Web version). This data is never read for analytics nor transmitted to any server:
Uninstalling the App, or removing it via iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage, will erase all local data.
The App integrates only the following third-party services, none of which are used for tracking:

Map data: Natural Earth (public domain). City and region photos: Wikimedia Commons (under CC BY / CC BY-SA and similar licenses; per-photo authors are credited in the in-app About → Photo Credits screen) plus original AI-generated images. All are bundled as static assets and incur no network requests.
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and targets users including children aged 6–12. We strictly comply with COPPA, the Law of the PRC on the Protection of Minors, the Regulations on the Network Protection of Minors, and GDPR-K (special provisions for children):
The App performs no user tracking of any kind and does not invoke Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, as there is no use case that would warrant tracking. The NSPrivacyTracking field in PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy is declared false.
Because the App does not collect personal information, no personal-information export takes place in principle. Please note, however:
gooditwork-mapcraft.pages.dev, browser IP and User-Agent reach Cloudflare's servers.The iOS app ships its fonts, maps, pictures and music inside the app and does not use Cloudflare Pages or Google Fonts; the first two points apply only to visitors of the website and the Web version.
Because we do not collect your personal information, PIPL / GDPR rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and consent withdrawal effectively have no corresponding data to act on. You may nevertheless:

The App is an entertainment-only geography puzzle. Map outlines are simplified from Natural Earth and geoBoundaries data and do not represent any official position on territories, borders or administrative status.
Territories whose status is disputed (for example Kashmir, Western Sahara, the Falkland Islands/Malvinas, Arunachal Pradesh/South Tibet and Taiwan) are drawn with dashed boundaries and are not shown as belonging to any side.
Exception: the Simplified Chinese edition follows the map regulations of mainland China. In that edition, territories claimed by China (such as Taiwan, Aksai Chin and South Tibet) are drawn as part of China with solid boundaries.

Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Australia.
